Chapter 8 wrong file?

Chapter 8 wrong file?

Hello, at http://www.phidot.org/software/mark/docs/book/ when downloading the individual chapters (not the full book), the file labeled as core chapter 8 dead recovery models downloads as a pdf with a title of "Chapter 7 Multi-state models" version 03/08/2022. The pdf is numbered as if it was Chapter 7 (page 7-x) but the content appears to be Chapter 10 (Multi-state models). I thought maybe they were just swapped but the individual Chapter 10 downloads correctly as Multi-state models. It appears the "Chapter 8 'Dead' recovery models" that is available in the Mark book 2019 version is missing from the individual chapter downloads. The files were there - just incorrectly linked.
