different result with same data and model

Hi,
I'm using Presence version 6.2. I'm not sure if this is a software issue or not, but I'm getting different results (by different results I mean different AIC values, p and psi estimates) in different projects with the exact same data and same model. This is because in one project the program appears to be only recognising six of my ten sites (I know, not many sites), even though when I go view> data it shows there are 10 sites with detection non-detection data. And before you say it yes I have closed and reopened the Presence and run the model again with the same result.
This is not urgent as I will just use the estimates for the models in the project that show the correct naive occupancy estimate, but it did confuse me for a bit and I hope no one else has this problem!
