Missing hyperlinks to RMark?

Dear all,

On this page: http://www.phidot.org/software/mark/rmark/
...I get the impression that there are some 'here' that are supposed to be hyperlinks, but at least for me they are not.
For example, the 'here' in:
"Click here to download the most recent version of MARK" and
"More complete details on installing MARK can be found here."

(In contrast, the 'here' in "Instructions for RMark under Linux can be found here" is a hyperlink.)

Have you tried reloading the page? I'm not sure what the issue is. It works fine with Win7 and IE9. You may have to ask Evan as it is his website.
