a minor bug?

Hello,

When I try to resize the window by clicking on the second button on the upper right corner, it shrinks the top bar (does it have a name?) but nothing else changes the size. Can this be fixed? I have two monitors on my computer and move Mark to another monitor. Without shrinking Mark, I can't move it.
