Regression with rates?

I am interested in examining the relationship between survival rate estimates (from MARK) and cause-specific mortality rate estimates. I understand there are issues with linear regression and rates and plan to logit transform before analysis. My question is whether there is a way to analyze this that incorporates the variation associated with each of the rate estimates?
