What approach do you suggest for N estimation (2 year data)?

Hi, I am asking for suggestions to estimate population size with my dataset, genotyped samples collected during 2023 and 2024.

I have indicated in the image 3 periods with higher nr. of samples and with more constant sampling.


Which approach would you recommend by seeing this data?
Would it be an option to apply Robust design, considering 3 primary periods of close population?
