duplicated text in optimization output screen

301.     There is a bug in Windows 11 (a new feature??) that causes text in the output screen during optimization be duplicated.  This "feature" doesn't hurt anything as the screen disappears after optimization is completed, but may catch you by surprise. This feature appears with either the setup.exe installation with no color, or with setup_color.exe that provides color during optimization.
