Session-specific timecov?

Postby bgerber » Thu Jun 06, 2019 1:58 pm

Looking for some help with timecov...
I have 3 sessions, which have a different number of occasions (5,4,3). I would like to specify a factor-level covariate across sessions and occasions. Anyone know how to do this?

Something like timecov=c("Jan", "Feb, "March,"April,"May",
"Feb","March", "April", "May",
"Jan", "Feb, "March")

timecov does not mention anything about sesssions having different numbers of occasions:
"timecov optional dataframe of values of time (occasion-specific) covariate(s)"

thanks

Hi Brian
Looking at the code to jog my memory, I think timecov can be a list of data.frames, one per session and one row per occasion, and that if each data.frame has a column with the same name that name can be used in the formula. Maybe you should try this to save me time mocking up an example.
