GOF tests in U-Care for a MSCR model with many states

Postby ricardo » Sun Feb 12, 2017 10:57 am

I wonder whether U-CARE affords GOF tests for a multistate CR dataset including more than 9 possible states. I am asking because in U-CARE, sates must be specified as a number, so it seems that only up to 9 possible states may be considered in a MSCR model, but maybe I'm missing something...
Thanks,

Hello,
using more than 9 states is possible (if there is enough information in the data to do the GOF)
using the Biomeco format (in that case you can used 10, 11 as state numbers).
