We are seeking a motivated individual to join us in a full-time Biometrician\Ecological Statistician role. Proteus is a statistical consulting company that specialises in ecological and wildlife applications, with a growing reputation all around the world. We work on a wide range of projects, on a diverse range a species and locations.

The position is located at the Proteus office, in the Invermay Agricultural Research Centre (near Mosgiel, New Zealand), although working remotely may be considered for the right person. An expected start date would be within July-September 2024. Applicants must have the minimum of a Master's degree in statistics or quantitative ecology, or equivalent experience.

Remuneration will depend on qualifications and experience, in an anticipated salary range of NZ$80,808 - $94,534 for a New Zealand-based person.
