Where can I find a test dataset?

Postby luke.eberhart » Tue Jul 17, 2018 3:48 am

Hi phidot team,

I'm new to E-SURGE but very excited to implement it with my data on Ruffs.

I've been working through the manual and now I'm keen to use a test dataset to try out some of the sections discussed in the manual, specifically those related to the Canada Goose mark-resight data ("Geese.rh") from this paper:
J.B. Hestbeck, J.D. Nichols, and R.A. Malecki. 1991. Estimates of movement and site delity using
mark-resight data of wintering Canada Geese. Ecology, 72:523-533.

I was excited to see a link to some test data at the bottom of the E-SURGE website (https://www.cefe.cnrs.fr/fr/recherche/b ... -logiciels), however the link brings me to a sign-in window to connect to the CNRS server which of course I don't have access to.

Can anyone provide me the "Geese.rh" data or point me to a source where I can obtain it?

Many thanks!

Luke
