Error write to destination Base_excel.xls

Dear forum-member,

After having run models in E-Surge for a few months on my computer without any issues, I suddenly get the following error when E-Surge tries to save the model results into an excel-file:

“Error using copyfile
Cannot write to destination: C:\Users\Username\Documents\Base_excel.xls. Use the 'f' option to override.
Error in modme/ecriture_sortie_V2 (line 601)
Error in menumuse>Run_Callback (line 2286)
Error in gui_mainfcn (line 95)
Error in menumuse (line 46)
Error in matlab.graphics.internal.figfile.FigFile/read>@(hObject,eventdata)menumuse('Run_Callback',hObject,eventdata,guidata(hObject))
Error using waitforallfiguresclosed (line 14)
Error while evaluating UIControl Callback. “

I tried to solve this problem by re-installing E-Surge (version 2.2.3) and Matlab Runtime (version 9.6), but without success. I also tried running E-Surge as administrator but that didn’t help either.

Does anyone of you know how to fix this issue? Your help would be greatly appreciated!
