Dynamic False Positives model in RPresence?

Postby cbalantic » Mon Jan 29, 2018 1:53 pm

Hopefully I haven't missed this in the documentation, but digging into the occMod() function, I don't see an option for the dynamic false positives model yet (a la Miller et al. 2013). Is this correct? Anything in the works?

Thank you to all who have worked on coding up RPresence -- much appreciated!

The dynamic false-positive model has been in Presence for a while, but not RPresence. I've just added it and will upload a new version of RPresence tomorrow (Fri).

Wonderful! The genpresEV() function has been so helpful for simulating/testing out this dynamic false positives option. Thank you for all of your work on this software and for making it available!
