within-season effects

Postby J.Vanek » Sat Apr 01, 2017 4:48 pm

Hi,

I know you can use SURVEY in Rpresence, but is there a way to code in within-survey effects for do.1 models (as in actual Presence)? Pardon my coding ignorance!

Thanks in advance,
John

Did you ever figure out how to code survey-specific covariates for terms in the model other than p?

For which model and which parameters? Usually you only have survey-specific covariates for p in most models.

I would like to model the theta parameter of multi-method models as survey-specific covariates.
James Hines has kindly included this option in the new version of RPresence (12.16) so now it's possible to create these models with RPresence.
