Hello,
I have some troubles for interpreting the results in U-Care:
I have a dataset with 10 occasions and 2 groups (males and females). I would like to test the GOF of the CJS geneal model.
The global test isn't significant:
Global TEST, number of groups =2
df =21
Quadratic Chi2 =9.6811
->P-level=0.98276
N(0,1) statistic for transient(>0) =0.96963
->P-level, two-sided test =0.33223
->P-level, one-sided test for transience =0.16612
N(0,1) signed statistic for trap-dependence =0.68407
->P-level, two-sided test =0.49393
So I have no transience, nor trap-dependance.
However when I run the tests separately, the Test 3.SM doesn't run (I get no results): I suppose that my data are too sparse to compute that test corectly, but does it mean that the CJS model is not a good starting model for my analysis?
If I can continue with this general model, do I have to modify the c-hat value (c-hat= 0,40 in my case)?
Thanks for your answers.
