Announcing secr 4.1.0

This version fixes some significant bugs and extends the speed-up in 4.0 to include area searches (polygon detectors). It requires a recent version of R (>= 3.5.0), so you may need to update. There are some minor new features, such as a check on the compatibility of models with respect to AIC.
