Error when using GENPRES for 2 species model

Postby jota » Mon Mar 02, 2009 7:16 am

I installed GENPRES. For single species model it worked well but then I tried to use it for the 2 species model and got the following error:

"ERROR -- Not enough time interval values specified. Exit code 30 Exit Window?".

Also, I noticed that when loading a 2-species input file it comes as multi-season-multistate model.
Any hints as to what could be the problem?

Thanks!

GENPRES error w/ 2-species model

I'm not sure I've got the input format right for MARK, so the solution is to force GENPRES to use PRESENCE to do the analysis of the data. To do this, go to the 'Options' menu, and select 'Force use of PRESENCE'. Then, choose to analyze with expected values, or simulated values.
