I don't announce every version of RMark but wanted to do so with this one. RMark now supports the sin link for a parameter as long as the formula specifies an identity matrix for the parameter. This removes one of the major downsides of using RMark. Note that I've not changed all of the documentation in this regard.
In addition, these are some of the other changes/additions that have been made since 1.7.4
1) Jolly analysis now supported
2) changes made so that model imported into MARK interface will work with median c-hat
3) real vc matrix can be extracted from the output rather than computed
4) delete option added to delete output files after model run which is useful for simulations.
See what's new on the RMark web page for more details.
