Setting Time Intervals

Postby as4006 » Tue Mar 29, 2022 7:23 pm

Greetings Folks,

Does anyone know how to set time intervals in the process function? I have my intervals set by months during the breeding season for saltmarsh sparrows and seaside sparrows. My intervals are set as follows: Interval 1 = captures in May, Interval 2 = captures in June, Interval 3 = captures in July, and Interval 4 = captures in August. These intervals are in between the breeding season, span 10 years of capture data, and captures begin in 2011. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

P.S. I've read appendix c and the RMark vignette =)

It is time.intervals. After library (RMark), typing ? process.data will show you arguments and help for that function like any function in R.
