model.average Errors

Postby jmae » Mon Apr 18, 2011 3:13 pm

Hi out there,

Wondering if anyone can give me some insight as to why I might be getting the following errors when I use the function model.average on the N parameter via the results table that is output from mark.wrapper():

ERROR in dim(data) : dims contain negative values

and in some cases

ERROR in array: dim specifies too large an array

I'm working with several sets of removal data and modeling N and p as a function of occasion (time) only, effort only, time + effort, and time * effort (as well as constant p), and trying to average N across all models. Thanks for your help.
