Multi state closed robust design in Rmark?

Postby Miguel » Sun Jun 06, 2010 3:46 pm

I looked through the list of models listed in Appendix C and MSCRD models were not listed. Are they available in Rmark?

Thanks for you help,
Miguel

Miguel-

When we communicated several months ago via email, I said that if you would send me a saved structure from a sample run in MARK of the model you want that I'll add it. I''ve been waiting for it. --jeff

Jeff,

Thanks a million for your willingness to help me. I had understood that all the MARK models were now available in RMARK. Today I'll create a MARK example and send it to you.

Thanks again for your help,
Miguel

Today I'll create a MARK example and send it to you.

Wondering if this example could be posted? Or, at least I couldn't find it on the forum or within RMark if it is available.

Thanks,
Andy

Andy-

The example I had Miguel work up was one in MARK. I used that to learn the structure to put it in RMark. I'll build one and send it to you. I did this when I put the model in but I may have an issue with R2.12 because in trying it here just a minute ago I got an unexpected error. I'll track it down and get back to you. Probably related to sharing columns with p/c but don't know for sure.

I've sent Andy an example of this model. It also required a patch to the code and I sent him an updated version. I'll post the new version after I've done some more testing. However, if anyone else has been experiencing the same problem, let me know and I'll send you the interim patch with the example of the CRDMS model. --jeff
