Did you use Jeff's code from this thread to try and identify the location? That's probably the best place to start.

Beware of upper/lower case in R. It is MarkPath and not Markpath.

If you recently downloaded MARK then the problem you may have encountered is the one I describe in the recent posting about RMark 2.1.1 in which the exe is no longer named mark.exe with MARK. See the other posting for a solution.
