new MARK build...

Minor bug fix, but users are encouraged to update. You can grab the updated versions in the usual places:

Windows: http://www.phidot.org/software/mark/downloads/

Linux: http://www.phidot.org/software/mark/rmark/linux/

OS/X version will be compiled in the next little while.

Another new release (for 2019) -- some enhancements/changes to some of the mark-resight models:

When the number of marked individuals is known on a given encounter occasion, the zero-inflated Poisson log-normal mark-resight models (data types 171 and 174) can now account for marked individuals that were known to be alive but were temporarily unobservable (e.g., off the study area). Previously these individuals would require a ‘..’ in their encounter histories when the number of marks was known, but these can now be accounted for by including a ‘*0’ in the encounter history to indicate when a marked individual was known to be alive but temporarily unobservable.

Windows and Linux files in the usual spots. OS/X version at some point...
