models running >10x slower

Hi all,

I am running simple CJS models (although with a very large input file of covariates). I recently updated to the newest version of MARK and the program has slowed down at least by a factor of 10. I am running the exact same models as before with the same or smaller dataset. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that did not help. Any thoughts on why this would happen? I'm not sure what I did but it is driving me crazy. Thanks,
