Hello,
I am using a robust design pradel huggins p&c model, the details of which I don't think matter for this problem. When running a model I occasionally receive the "Check Par. Cnt." warning in the results browser for a model. If I leave the warning message in the model title there is no issue with retrieving the design matrix for that model. However, if I delete the check parameter count warning from the model title and then try to retrieve the design matrix I receive the following warning "Parameter Matrix not the correct length in output: p session 1 Returned length = 37 Expected length = 14."It repeats this error box for all p sessions before aborting MARK.
It's peculiar because I don't think the error is actually referencing anything with how my model is specified. For reference, I have more complex models with more parameters that have no issue and don't receive the check parameter count warning, but for a handful of models that are reduced versions of more complex models (which I built by simply deleting columns from the more complex models) I receive the check parameter count error and only get the subsequent issue when deleting the check parameter count warning from the title. Beyond that, everything in the model and the results looks normal and realistic.
Thanks,
Matthew
