Single Species Multi-Season models

Postby Mattgrainger » Thu Jun 12, 2008 10:02 am

Hi, I am following the tutorial (which are great by the way) for the Single Species Multi-Season model. However when I run the first model ψ(.)ε(.)γ(.)p(t), the output I get only site estimates for site 1 and not for all the other sites. Is there a bug somewhere in the program or is it something I am doing wrong?

Any help you can give would be great.

Matt,

PRESENCE only prints estimates which aren't repeats of previous sites. So, if it only prints an estimate for the first site, that means all other sites had the same estimate. For models without covariates, this is usually the case. For models with covariates, you usually have different estimates for each site and the program will print them out.

Jim

ps. This should be posted in the PRESENCE/stat and analysis help forum instead of the software announcements forum.
