Just to let you know that it's just been brought to our attention that the SE's in the 2-species model are not being calculated correctly at the moment. Not sure how long this bug has been in PRESENCE, but Jim Hines is looking into it. We'll post something here once the bug has been squashed.

I've found and corrected a bug in the computation of the variances in the two-species models in PRESENCE. If you're working with this model, please download and install the latest version.
