Presence not responding

I am trying to run a previous analysis from a file and I keep getting a "not responding message". It worked a couple of weeks ago but now seems to keep hanging up. I have even tried selecting a single model to run from the file and I get the same message. It doesn't seem to be a lack of processor power on my computer. I also have no problems inputting new models. I was worried that perhaps I had a corrupt file so I remade all of my models and tried again and had the same problem. I tried downloading the most recent version of Presence to no avail. Help?
