Version 6.4: All standard errors are 0.00

Postby lpetracca » Thu Jun 05, 2014 5:04 pm

Hi all,

I'm using a dataset I've used previously in occupancy analyses--- 50-m transects for lion/prey sign conducted within a protected area in W. Africa. There are between 1 and 8 transects per grid cell.

For some reason, when I run a single-season model with a single sampling covariate (substrate quality per transect), the resulting model has standard error values of 0.00 for all estimates--- psi, p, individual site estimates of psi, etc. When I add site covariates to this model, I continue getting SE values of 0.00.

I restarted my computer, created a new project, etc., but this error remains. Any idea what is going on?

Thanks in advance for any help.
