I've uploaded a new version of PRESENCE (and GENPRES). The new version includes a new model and corrects a couple of issues (notably: run model from file). I've also updated the help file (presence.html).

Still doesn't allow me to start a new project without openning an older one first;

Now crashes a lot, windows say it stop working. And then sends a bad result:
"Model" AIC deltaAIC AIC wgt Model Likelihood no.Par. -2*LogLike
"psi(),gamma(),eps(full),p(period)" -123.46 -351.14 1.0000 1.0000 -99 -123.46

And the model out put is in blanc.

It seems to be a problem with the retrive model option in the Design Matrix window.

Are you still having the problem you mentioned? If so, would you mind sending me your input file and/or project folder?

Still does crash when I start a new project. It crashes when I'm defining the sampling periods. I've contour this by opening an existent project then start a new one.

I didn't got a chance to redo some analyses to see if it crashes has before. Will let you know if it's working fine

Sorry, I can't seem to replicate your problem. Does anyone else have this problem? If it's not too much trouble, can you send me a detailed list of steps you took which produced the error?

I'm having two problems with Presence.

The first: Can´t start new projects when I open Presence. I start Presence, click on file ->New Project, I give it a name and open the input data window. I can paste the data with the site names, I can even paste the co-variables, but when I try to define the sampling periods it crashes. Has I've said before I've contour this problem by opening a an older project, and then create a new project, the same steps has before, but now it usually works.

The second: After I've started the project, and I am in the results window, running models, the program crashes, and gives a bad result: AIC=-129 and Numbers of parameters = -99. This happens when after I've set the parameters and gave the order to run the model. Doesn't happens all the time, but almost half of the times.
I would sent sent you the input files but I don't know were, can't find you e-mail.

How are you defining the sampling periods? From your message, it seems like the data are not being read in properly. Can you send me a copy of your data?

Hello - I'm trying to find Presence 3.1 referenced here but I can only find Presence 3.0 (Beta) even from the phidot link. I'm trying to get the 3.1 version so I can try the model averaging function.
