Is anyone else having trouble with running models from other files in the new version of Presence (3.0)? Seems like the problem may have something to do with the new file structure of using project folders. I had no problems in past versions of Presence, and tend to find the "Analysis from file" function extremely useful.

Also, since this is my first time on the forum, I just thought I'd ask, are there any plans to include a model averaging function within the software... similar to what MARK does (or did... I haven't used MARK in a while)? Everything else about Presence has been fabulous... Thanks!

I also am bummed about "analysis from file" not working, it is a huge time saver.
