Registration Options/PackagesYou can either register for complete meeting packages 1 - 4 (including conference fee, meals and housing) or partial meeting packages A, B or C (without accommodation or without accommodation and meals). Field trips are not included in either of the packages. Registering and booking for only a part of the conference days between Tuesday and Saturday is not possible, but within the meeting packages 1 - 4 you may choose wether you join the short course on Monday or not. Complete meeting package 1 (including short course; all meals; 2-bed room), 475 € (Euro): Includes fees for short course (Monday, 6 October) and technical meeting (Tuesday, 7 October - Saturday, 11 October); coffee / tea etc. during morning and afternoon breaks, lunches and suppers on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (not on excursion day Thursday), lunch and dinner on Friday, lunch on Saturday; accommodation in a 2-bed hotel room from Sunday (5 October, arrival) till Saturday (11 October, departure), including breakfast. Complete meeting package 2 (including short course; all meals; 3-bed room),445 € (Euro): Includes same services ansd fees as package 1 but comprises accommodation in a 3-bed room. Complete meeting package 3 (without short course; all meals; 2-bed-room), 410 € (Euro): Includes fees for the technical meeting (Tuesday, 7 October - Saturday, 11 October, not for the short course); coffee / tea etc. during morning and afternoon breaks, lunches and suppers on Tuesday, Wednesday (not on excursion day Thursday), lunch and dinner on Friday, lunch on Saturday; accommodation in a 2-bed hotel room from Monday (6 October, arrival) till Saturday (11 October, departure), including breakfast. Complete meeting package 4 (without short course; all meals; 3-bed-room), 380 € (Euro): Includes same services and fees as package 3 but comprises accommodation in a 3-bed room. Additional stay at hotel from Saturday 11 October to Sunday 12 October (2-bed-room): 47 € (Euro) Additional stay at hotel from Saturday 11 October to Sunday 12 October (3-bed-room): 42 € (Euro) Any other additional nights after the meeting can be booked after arrival directly at the hotel. Please note that there is no a la carte restaurant at the meeting location. If you do not book meals in advance you will have to provide yourself with food in the city.
