EURING 2003 - Registration & Housing

Registration for EURRING 2003 has been capped to ~ 100 participants. Please note that submission (and acceptance) of an abstract to any of the sessions does not guarantee a place at the conference. Registrations will be accepted in order of submission of complete registration and payment forms. You will get an e-mail notification as soon as we were able to debit your payment from your credit card account. This should normally take not longer than 5 working day after arrival of your registration.
Registration for EURING 2003 involves 2 different steps:

Step (1): complete registration form

To register for EURING, you must complete the online registration form, and submit it. Only one person can register at a time.Note that the deadline for registration is July 11. Changes in booking details (only if necessary, please!) are possible until 11 July 2003 and will be charged with 5 € (Euro). In case of cancellation before 12 July all costs will be refunded except a charge (mainly for the money transfer costs) of 25 € (Euro). In case of cancellations after 11 July the possibilites of refunding depend on the passage of several booking deadlines for the organizers to arrange hotel rooms, meals, busses etc. In such cases organizers will try to refund as much as possible, but you must be aware that the non-refundable part will increase up to 95% the closer the meeting comes.
After 11 July 2003 any remaining capacity of meeting participation (until about 100 participants are registered) can be booked either with partial meeting package A or B with a late registration charge of 15 € Euro.

Step (2): complete payment form

Registration must be followed by completion and submission of the payment form. For security purposes, these details are not submitted via the Internet. Instead, simply complete the form, and FAX it to the local organizers (details on the form). Payment is possible using Visa or EURO/Mastercard only. Payment can be made for more than one person at the same time - however, if you do pay for more than one person, please make sure that all of the individuals involved have registered before submitting payment. Reminder that all payments are in Euros
